Halston Gallery provides a competitive global flat rate shipping cost based on the artwork’s dimensions and specifications and the price of shipping is within the artwork price. Now, what you see is what you pay.

In certain circumstances, duties and/or taxes need to be calculated during checkout. 

When will my order ship?

You order, we process, then we ship. It only takes a few seconds to order online. We then process the order. The shipping company then takes over for the delivery part. We send you an email with a tracking number, as soon as your order ships.

    I'm having problems with the tracking.

    Sometimes, the carrier takes 1 to 2 business days to register your shipment status. If your tracking number isn’t updating or working at all, please contact us at info@ jameshalston.com. We will look into it and send you our updated info.

    How can I edit my shipping address?

    If your wish to modify or correct your shipping address, please email info@ jameshalston.com.

    What’s your return policy?

    Halston Gallery is committed to ensuring the 100% satisfaction of our art collectors! That's why once you’ve receive an original artwork, we'll give you seven (7) days to decide whether or not you’d like to keep that artwork or return it for a refund. You may return any eligible artwork, provided that it is returned in its original condition and packaging. Please contact us at info@ jameshalston.com, with your order number and the products you'd like to exchange or return, and we'll do the rest.

    How long does it take to process a return?

    Credit card refunds usually take 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement.

    Who pays for return shipping costs?

    We examine all returns on a case-by-case basis in order to determine who is responsible for paying all costs (shipping and customs) required to deliver the artwork back to us. Generally, the artwork is accurately described on our site (in terms of size, materials used, colors, etc.) and the collector is returning it as a result of buyers remorse, then the collector is held responsible for return costs. If the artwork was damaged as a result of poor shipping and handling, the collector will not be responsible for shipping costs.
